Built while scaling a real home service company
From guessing to a business that scales itself.
You don’t need another podcast or business guru telling you to work harder. You need proven systems that turn leads into jobs, customers into reviews, and chaos into something that runs when you’re not there.
What the systems built
$1.3M
First full year with a crew
$2M
From nothing, inside three years
Every dollar
Still goes back into the business

I didn’t learn this in a classroom.
I built it while scaling a real service business.
I’m Jon. I started a tree service with a truck and a saw and took it from nothing to seven figures in its first full year with a crew, and past $2 million inside three years. Every sales process, follow-up strategy, marketing play, CRM workflow and automation I teach has been tested with my own employees, my own customers, and my own money on the line.
I’ve wasted money. Made bad hires. Fixed what was broken and doubled down on what worked. Every dollar the business makes still goes back into it, because I’m not done building. You can spend years figuring this out yourself, or learn it from someone who already paid for the lesson.
The systems that scale the business
There’s no magic trick. There are a handful of things great service companies do extremely well. I’ve already tested them.
Close more work
You already paid for the lead and drove to the estimate. Build a process that turns more of them into booked jobs.
Same leads. Higher close rate.
Stop guessing on marketing
I’ve spent the money and done the testing. Know what generates calls and kill what doesn’t.
Know what works.
Reviews drive revenue
A repeatable system that gets you 5-star reviews and sells the job before you pull into the driveway. Software to automate it is optional and costs extra — the system works either way.
Stop hoping. Start collecting.
Build a business that runs
Clear processes and accountability so your team knows what to do and what winning looks like.
Get it out of your head.
Put AI to work
I put AI on the parts of the business that eat your day — missed calls answered, estimates drafted, follow-up sent, jobs updated. The office work gets done without you at the desk.
Your time is money.
Start with a call.

I start where you are
First I go through your business — what you’re running now, what’s working and what isn’t. You leave with homework. What I attack next depends on what I find, not on a template.
Nobody gets the same plan. A company with no CRM and no reviews needs a different first month than one already booking solid and drowning in office work.
01
Your CRM
Are you running one at all? If not, I get you set up and actually working in it.
02
Your Google profile
The fastest win most owners are sitting on. Categories, photos, service areas, posts.
03
Your website
Does it bring you work, or is it a brochure nobody finds? Sometimes it needs rebuilding.
04
Marketing and ads
What you’re spending and what it returns. Local Services Ads, Google, direct mail, yard signs.
05
How you sell
Who answers the phone, how work gets priced and quoted, and what happens after the estimate.
06
Reviews
A system that gets a Google review off every finished job instead of the odd lucky one. Automation software is optional and billed separately.
07
Automation and AI
Missed calls captured, estimates drafted, follow-up that sends itself. Office work off your plate.
Better operators build
a stronger industry.
Blue Collar Operators
Get more leads. Then close more of them.
Most owners need both, and I work on both. Here is what the closing half alone is worth — the leads you already get, at a close rate ten points higher. No extra ad spend, no extra trucks.
Your numbers
Rough is fine. Nothing gets sent anywhere.
$0
More revenue a year from the leads you already get, at a close rate ten points higher.
That’s money already sitting in the estimates you’re writing.
An illustration, not a promise — nobody can guarantee you’ll pick up ten points. But you already paid for the lead and already drove to the property, so it’s the cheapest lever you’ve got.
You can keep guessing, or you can start building.
I’ve already spent the time, money and headaches figuring out what works. I’ll show you what I’d fix first and give you a plan to attack it.
