These terms govern coaching services sold through bluecollaroperators.com. Please read them before you subscribe. By subscribing you agree to them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Blue Collar Operators is a trading name of Review Wolf LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. Where these terms say “I” or “Jon” they mean Jon Roberts acting for Review Wolf LLC. Where they say “you” they mean the person or business buying coaching.
2. What coaching is
Coaching is a series of scheduled one-to-one calls, plus work done with you between those calls, covering how you sell, what you charge, your marketing, your reviews, your CRM and your operations. It is advice, instruction and hands-on help with your own systems.
3. What coaching is not
Coaching is not a guarantee of any result. I cannot promise you a particular amount of revenue, a number of leads, a close rate, a search ranking, or any other outcome. What happened in my business is what happened in mine. Your market, your crew, your pricing, your effort and plenty of things neither of us controls will decide what happens in yours.
Any figures I quote about Husky Tree Services, or about anyone else I have worked with, are examples of what has happened. They are not projections, and they are not typical results you should expect.
Coaching is also not legal, tax, accounting, insurance or financial advice. I am not a lawyer, accountant or licensed advisor. If something I suggest has legal or tax consequences, take it to a professional before you act on it.
4. The free introductory call
The first call is free and carries no obligation on either side. It exists so we can both decide whether to work together. I may decline to work with you, for any reason, and I will tell you on that call rather than waste your time.
5. Fees and billing
- Coaching is billed monthly in advance. Current prices are $600 a month for two calls or $1,000 a month for four calls.
- Your first payment is taken on the day you subscribe. Each following payment is taken on the same date each month.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
- Prices may change. If they do, I will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to your subscription.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it keeps failing, your subscription may be paused or cancelled and scheduled calls may be suspended until it is resolved.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time by emailing jon@bluecollaroperators.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month.
- Payments already taken are not refunded, including for the month in progress. You keep access to any calls remaining in that month.
- Unused calls do not roll over into the next month and have no cash value.
- I may cancel your subscription at any time. If I do, I will refund the unused part of the month you have already paid for.
7. Scheduling and missed calls
- Calls are booked through the scheduling link I provide. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move a call.
- A call you miss without notice is treated as used.
- If I have to move a call, I will offer you another time in the same month, or carry it into the next month if that is not possible.
8. Your responsibilities
Coaching only works if you do the work. You are responsible for carrying out what we agree, for the decisions you make in your own business, for the accuracy of the numbers you give me, and for anything you implement in your own CRM, website, advertising accounts or payroll.
9. Confidentiality
What you tell me about your business stays between us, and I will not share your figures or your name with anyone else without your permission. The same applies in reverse: pricing, processes, templates and material I share with you are for your business only. Do not resell, republish or teach them as your own.
10. Materials and intellectual property
Templates, documents, scripts, workflows and other material I give you remain mine. You get a licence to use them inside your own business for as long as you like, including after your subscription ends. You do not get the right to sell them, distribute them, or use them to coach other companies.
11. Third-party tools
Coaching often involves tools owned by other companies, including Jobber, Google, Stripe and advertising platforms. I do not control those tools, their pricing, their availability or their policies, and I am not responsible for what they do or for any cost they charge you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Review Wolf LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from coaching. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. If a change materially affects an active subscription, I will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email. Continuing to pay after that notice means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
