Privacy Policy

What information this site collects, why, who else sees it, and how to ask for a copy or have it deleted.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains what I collect when you use bluecollaroperators.com, why I collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask me to do with it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Blue Collar Operators is a trading name of Review Wolf LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company based in Muskego, Wisconsin. Review Wolf LLC decides how your information is used and is responsible for it. You can reach me at jon@bluecollaroperators.com.

2. What I collect

When you fill in a form or book a call: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell me about your business — revenue, crew size, what you are struggling with. You choose how much of that to share.

When you subscribe: your name, email, business name and billing address. Payment card details go directly to Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.

When you visit the site: standard technical information your browser sends — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the site or search that sent you.

I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and this site is not aimed at children.

3. Why I collect it

  • To reply to you and arrange a call.
  • To deliver coaching you have paid for and keep track of what we have worked on.
  • To take payment and keep the records the IRS and the State of Wisconsin require.
  • To send you things you asked for, and occasionally things I think are useful. You can stop those at any time.
  • To understand which pages and marketing actually work.

I do not sell your information. I do not rent it, and I do not hand your figures to anyone as a case study without asking you first.

4. Calls, texts and emails

If you give me your phone number, I may call or text you about your enquiry and about scheduling. If you opt in to marketing messages, I may text you about coaching. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of marketing texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about a call you have booked or a payment that failed, because those are part of the service you asked for.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such email.

5. Who else sees your information

I use other companies to run this business. Each sees only what it needs:

  • Stripe — payments and subscriptions. Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy.
  • Go High Level — forms, scheduling, and keeping track of enquiries and conversations.
  • Google — email, documents and analytics.
  • GoDaddy — hosting for this website.

I may also share information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

6. Cookies

This site uses cookies that are needed to make it work, and may use analytics cookies that tell me how the site is being used. Your browser lets you refuse or delete cookies; the site will still work, though some things may be less convenient.

7. How long I keep it

Enquiries that never become customers are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Customer and payment records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. You can ask me to delete anything I am not legally required to keep.

8. Your rights

Whatever state you are in, you can ask me to:

  • tell you what information I hold about you,
  • give you a copy of it,
  • correct anything that is wrong,
  • delete it, where I am not required to keep it,
  • stop sending you marketing.

Email jon@bluecollaroperators.com and I will deal with it within 30 days. I will not charge you and I will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with its own privacy law, those rights apply to you specifically and this is how you exercise them.

9. Security

Payments run over Stripe and this site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect, and I will not pretend otherwise — but I do not store card numbers, which removes the thing most worth stealing.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant and I hold your email address, I will tell you.
